One Month Ago, I Fell On My Right Arm. I

One month ago, I fell on my right arm. I have pain with movement out to the side, washing my hair or putting on a sweater. I can't even put on deodorant. What could I have done? Pain is worse now 8/10. Went to urgent care, at the time of fall, no fracture.
