One Month Ago, I Had An Epidural Infusion For Sciatica

One month ago, I had an epidural infusion for sciatica and the possible cause was that the left
foramen carrying the 5tth spinal nerve route. The first attempt was not successful and the second
administeted 2 days ago has created tremendous pain along the sciatic pathway to the point the I
have enough pain in the leg that I cannot walk or find any position in which I can sleep. The Dr.
now has prescribed Neurontin 300mg t.i.d. I am a basically healthy 80 year old retired health professional
simply concerned with possible side-effects given the prime purposes of this drug.? Believe that the
nerve root was inadvertenly penetrated....
