One Month Ago I Took A Hard Blow To My

One month ago I took a hard blow to my nose from a horse's neck. My neck snapped back and over a few days I realized I had concussion symptoms. I don't know if the ringing was as strong from the start but it is very annoying now. Will this go away or do I need to be doing something?
