One Morning I Had To Urinate Real Bad. When I

One morning i had to urinate real bad. When i tried to use it, it will not come out. Finally it shoot out fast and i look in the toilet it was also dark brown blood. What could this come from? Recently i just wipe myself and i see a little blood on the tissue but nit in my urine. Coukd you please help me!!
