One Of My American Cockers Has Lumps. She Is Eleven

One of my American cockers has lumps. She is eleven years old and has been checked through the years by a couple of vets that said they are fatty tumors. One has gotten quite large under her front right leg. She seems fine about it , but I worry cause even though it is slow growing it will continue to grow. I know surgery is an option, but at her age I don't want to put her through that. What other options are out there, libel suction, etc. ?????
