One Of My Eyes Has Felt Itchy, Irritated, And Heavy

One of my eyes has felt itchy, irritated, and heavy all day. It looks completely normal (no swelling, redness, or discharge) and I don't usually have this symptom from allergies. Is it possible to have pink eye with the above profile, and if so is there anything I need to do about it?
