One Of My Friends Recently Wiped Her Vagina With Tissue

One of my friends recently wiped her vagina with tissue paper that she thinks had semen on it. She gave her boyfriend a handjob and then wiped it with the tissue paper. She then folded it over, so the semen was on the inside but it appeard the other side was a bit moist, from it soaking through maybe? This was about 5-10 minutes after ejaculation. She then wiped the area with a clean tissue paper and rinsed it in hot water. My question is, would the sperm in the original TP still be alive, could it seep through a toilet paper, and if it was alive and got through, would the wiping and rinsing with hot water kill/remove the rest? She also mentioned it happened 18 days before her normal start of menstration. She's very worried she's pregnant. Should she be worried? It's been 4 days. Thank you
