One Of My Hemoclips Did Fall Off, Or Better Yet,

One of my hemoclips did fall off, or better yet, fell OUT. I just found it sitting atop my incision scar. I thought it was a scab, and it fell right off into my hand. No bleeding or pain. I had no idea what it was until reading online just now. My vasectomy was done two weeks ago. He did cauterize the vas, so should the vasectomy be just as effective as it would've been in the old days before hemoclips? Or, must I now worry that the procedure will be ineffective?
