One Of My Nostril Has Extra Skin Inside Which Make

One of my nostril has extra skin inside which make the hole look smaller. It gets worse in Cold weather and high altitudes. I have had CT scan which came out negative for Deviated nasal Septum. I also have a polyp in my nose which makes the problem worse some times. Would i need a surgery to remove this or any non surgical option can help.
