One Of My Patients Is An Elderly Male Who Developed

One of my patients is an elderly male who developed gluteal hematoma after a fall while he was on apixiban. When can he restart his apixiban? His hematoma is improving, but I can't find any literature about when it is appropriate. He is on apixiban for a.fib and his CHADs-VASC is 4, so I would like to restart as soon as it is safe.
