One Spot In My Arm - Under My Bicep- Has

One spot in my arm - under my bicep- has been sore for over 2 weeks. It is between my arm and my side and feels like a sharp pain at random times. It is not consistent. I feel a small bb like knot in the area. I am extremely fatigued. My husband is worried that it could be lymph nodes that are swollen. Does this sound like I should be concerned?
