One Week Ago I Had A Fever Of 101. Every

One week ago I had a fever of 101. Every day since then my temperature has been between normal and 99.6 with fatigue and dizziness (sometimes dizziness is random but generally is triggered from having to walk 1 mile to work). At first walking to work made me dizzy but a couple days later, right as I got to work, I felt very very dizzy, unsteady and lightheaded like I would faint/pass out. I have been resting since then and not walking too much but sometimes I get dizzy and my temperature is still fluctuating (and now my ears have been popping like there is something in them). I have been taking DayQuil but it does not seem to be 100 percent effective. What should I do? What might be causing this?
