One Week Ago I Had An Abcsess In My Armpit

One week ago I had an abcsess in my armpit and had to have surgery twice within 24 hours to completely drain. 3 days later I went to the ER because I have been feeling dizzy and slightly nauseous. I am not feeling myself at all. I have not taken any pain killers but I was on Bactrim and they switched me to Keflex.I have been in the Keflex for 4 days now. All my blood tests came back normal and they also did a CT scan and said it was fine. Yesterday I noticed I was having a metallic taste in my mouth along with the dizziness. I do not have an ear infection or vertigo. The hospital pretty much said "don't know what it is see a Primary Care."
