One Week Ago I Was Cutting A Tree Up For

One week ago I was cutting a tree up for firewood. The tree was wrapped in a vine I now believe to be Poison oak or Ivory. I have developed a rash on the right arm with is itchy and showing bumps. I have a uncomfortable slight burning sensational on my lips. I have a sore throat but no trouble breathing. My main concern is that I may ingested some of the vine material while using the chainsaw. I did get some of the wood chips in my mouth and on may face as I was cutting some of the branches wrapped with the vine over my head. What should I do?
