One Year Ago I Had A Heart Attack And One

One year ago I had a heart attack and one stint was put in place. Two weeks ago I had an echo cardiogram and was told the results were normal, how ever two of my heart valves were leaking. ???? At present my bpi has been elevated and at this hour is at 180/107. I am on two bp pills, one morning and one evening. I have issues with one of my sons as he has been diagnosed with PTSD and severe depression. I know this has more than upset me as he is not responding to suggested treatment very well. What should I be advised to do?
