Ongoin For Two Years Now And Nobody Can Give Me

Ongoin for two years now and nobody can give me any answers. My arms, hands, feet and legs from the knees down are always swollen.and very painful. Then within two months I gained over 40 lbs! I have migraines, a bleeding ulcer. I transport chair for walks or grocery shopping. Most days I'm bed ridden. I have now developed a lump on the left side of neck, under jawbone and it's getting bigger and is painful, I have trouble swallowing ans breathing. I also also have nodules all over my body, some that can't be massaged because it's too painful. My reflux has gotten out of control even with scripts, now it's more upper neck where I can feel the food I eat sitting. I also tend to have the rio come back up. My stools have not been normal either.
