Ongoing Vaginal Bleeding With Large Passing Of Blots Clots After

Ongoing vaginal bleeding with large passing of blots clots after period ends. Age 53 active healthy female , very weak , lost weight , bladder pain associated with blood in urine and uti's , pain during intercourse . Can this just be perimenpause or something worse . Parents both have colon disease associated with colon cancer and I feel my dr is not running correct tests . Wants to do ablation but I fear more to my issues .
