Orthopaedic Question: Pt W/ Significant H/o VTE And Also Have

Orthopaedic question: pt w/ significant h/o VTE and also have HCV going in for B/L TKA. It is contraidicated to use xarelto and/or other NOAC meds. What is the next best choice to use so that we can protect the patient from post op VTE and yet not cause any further increase in hemarthrosis.
