Our 11 Month Old Has Been Running A Fever Between

Our 11 month old has been running a fever between 101-103 for almost two days. His hands and feet are cold but his body is very warm. Should I take him to see a doctor? We've been rotating between baby Tylenol and baby ibuprofen and his fever is fairly maintained with the fever reducers. He just got two teeth in a week. He had hand for and mouth disease about three weeks ago.
