Our 21 month old was diagnosed with strep. We started amoxicillin at 3 PM. It is to be taken every 12 hours. Can I postpone The 2nd dose until 6 am in order to get him on a more normal schedule? Waking him at 3 AM and giving him the medicine with food is going to very disorienting to him.
