Our 36yr Old Son Has Epilepsy. He Has Been On

Our 36yr old son has epilepsy. He has been on numerous drugs throughout the years, but never with success.
He was placed on Onfi 1 yr. ago. The seizures are much more controlled, but he is very agitated and aggressive which he never was before. Any thoughts?
