Our Daughter's Dog Is Having An Eye Issue With Both

Our daughter's dog is having an eye issue with both eyes at the same time. They are very bloodshot, and it appears that both eyes are rolling up in her head. You can see about half of her pupils. The membranes around the pupil are red and swollen.
