Our Granddaughter (age 4) Was Bitten By A Tick. Her

Our granddaughter (age 4) was bitten by a tick. Her parents did not know this until she developed a rash and was taken to the dr. yesterday. The dr. put her on antibiotic and as of tonight she is running a fever of 102.4. I am really scared for them and we live another state away - can this wait until tomorrow to contact their Dr. or should they be taking her in tonight?
