Out Of Nowhere, Meaning, All Of A Sudden Clear Slimy

Out of nowhere, meaning, all of a sudden clear slimy discharge from anus. I thought I just had to urinate. I didn't push or strain. As a female I always wipe my rectum regardless if I have a bowel movement(i like to stay dry). No smell, no pain, no gas, no cramps. Should I be worried?
