Out Of The Clear Blue I Get A Horrific Pain

Out of the clear blue I get a horrific pain in my thigh and knee. it lasts but a few seconds to maybe half a minute. The pain has dropped me to the floor from time to time. its uncontrollable and absolutely debilitating. I cant explain it any better than that.
