Over 30 Yrs Ago, I Had An Episode Of Pyloric

Over 30 yrs ago, I had an episode of pyloric valve spasm. Diagnosed via upper GI study. At that time it was treated with Bentyl. No issues since until ~1 month ago I began having gastric reflux primarily at night. Then today I began having RUQ pain (I have had my GB removed), it is continuously dull with intermittent sharpness. The smell of food makes it worse. Eating provides mild relief but it returns quickly. I have no nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, and no fever. Could this be my pyloric valve in spasm again?
