Over A Week Ago I Had A Bad Allergic Reaction

Over a week ago I had a bad allergic reaction to seeds I've never been prescribed the epi pen but after I was exposed I went and got Benadryl I've been taking it for over a week now my breathing has gotten better but now I am getting a painful red rash all over my body and I am still and wheezing.
My chest pain and tightness has also eased up should I still go to the hospital? Will anaphylactic shock reoccur?
