Over A Week Ago I Had Sex For The First

Over a week ago I had sex for the first time without a condom. However, I am on the contraceptive pill, Dianette. Since then, my moods have been very bad and I have just finished my pack of tablets, so my period should start. However, 3 days in to my week, I am having a light brown discharge. Does this mean I am pregnant ?
