Over A Year Ago I Fractured My Ankle Without Knowing,

Over a year ago i fractured my ankle without knowing, and then almost a year ago i sprained my ankle. And when ever i touched the top part of my foot I felt tingling, so I thought nerve damage, now the bottom part of my big toe feels weird to the touch. Does it have anything to do with my ankle injuries? Should i get it checked out?
