Over A Year Ago,I Had A Couple Little Droplets Of

Over a year ago,I had a couple little droplets of blood from my left nipple. I had all the tests done both both breasts, everything done.Screeninngs, biopsies, back in nothing there. Nothing was a concern. I just noticed some droplets again. Could this be because I am going through menopause? My nipples get sore frequently when it close to the time I would have a period. I nursed years ago? Why?
