Over The Last 6 To 8 Months I've Had A

Over the last 6 to 8 months I've had a lump pea sized and discolouration a little like a bruise on the right hand side of my pubic bone. The lump comes and goes but the discolouration stays. On occasions I have very severe pain on standing up and walking. This pain seems to occur more in the groin area but very close to the lump and discolouration. Any thoughts? I am a 46 year old lady
