Over The Last Couple Of Months I Have Occasionally Experienced

Over the last couple of months I have occasionally experienced the following, however in the last few days it has become much more frequent, occurring multiple times in 10-30 minute spells.

I can feel it building up through a strange sensation between my ears, maybe pressure? Difficult to describe.

The problem itself hits me like a wave. I hear a kind of ringing noise in a manner as if a plane just flew past. It feels as if my brain is skidding. I lose my focus of sight, and twitch my head to sort of shake it off. It then exits my body through a tingling sensation down both arms. Each incident lasts only 1-2 seconds in total if that. As soon as it's done I feel completely normal (unless the aforementioned sensation associated with the build up is present).

The feeling I get in my head is hard to describe. The closest thing I can relate it to is a wave of highness. I think I would find it easier to answer any questions than describe it off the top of my head.

It's not a major problem - just annoying/slightly concerning (especially considering it seems to be becoming more prevalent).

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,

Harry
