Over The Last Couple Of Weeks My Glucose Blood Sticks

Over the last couple of weeks my glucose blood sticks have been steadily rising. I just stuck here (2011) and I was at 261. I still eat the same and have ranged between 132(low) to the 261 tonight. I am very concerned about the high numbers. Have just changed from Glimperide (4mg) to Januvia (50mg) on 06/02. Like I said, I'm concerned.
