Over The Last Few Months, I Have Developed Red, Rash-like

Over the last few months, I have developed red, rash-like areas around my ankles and on the inside of my heels. It is not poison ivy or any other rash...no itch or pain, but it looks as if I have poison ivy. I've noticed some swelling in my lower legs esp around my ankles. It hasn't been long (few months) that a blood screen came back 'near perfect'...no signs of diabetes or pre-diabetes. I stand on my feet all day at my job (dealer in a casino) and I am over weight....thoughts?
