Over The Last Two Days I Have Been Experiencing A

Over the last two days I have been experiencing a bluish look to my left hand. I had a few episodes today at work where I had tightness thru out my chest not to the point of shortness of breath although definitely noticeable. it kind of circulated around not just one spot. wondering if you have any thought s of these new onset symptoms I'm experiencing?
