Over The Last Two Weeks I've Been Experiencing Pain In

Over the last two weeks I've been experiencing pain in my right jaw when chewing, dull pain in left groin and passing mucus in stool. All three symptoms arrived at the same time and are still present though they come and go throughout the day. I am a 59 year old male who is still physically active. I do not smoke. Should I schedule an appointment or wait a little longer to see if it clears up?
