Over The Last Year I Have Had Sores On Either

Over the last year I have had sores on either side of my nose for a few days then go and on the tip. My nose gets sore and swollen. It looks like I have a small ball at the end of my nose. The weather seems to affect it and I use nasal spray daily, which seems to help until weather or stress happens. Any thoughts in what it maybe?
