Over The Past 2-3 Weeks I Will Suddenly Have Diarrhea

Over the past 2-3 weeks I will suddenly have diarrhea then really bad pain in my abdomen, the pain moves around. The first time they thought I may have bacteria in my urine. This time it feels like I'm passing kidney stones (which I have done before) or I have a urinary tract infection. I feel terrible and fatigued.
