Over The Past 2 Weeks, My 15 Year Old Daughter

Over the past 2 weeks, my 15 year old daughter has been having intermittant upper abdominal pain with chills and occasional nausea, 2 episodes of watery diarea, and recurrent fatigue with general low appetite. Some days she is fine. Does this sound like flu? It comes and goes and never gets severe enough to go for emergency care. She went to her doctor for other issues (2 recent racing heart episodes and rib pain) and the doctor palpated and listened to her insides but found nothing out of the ordinary. A couple of days later, the abdominal etc. returned.
