Over the past 3 months I've noticed that my errections are not as strong. It will be fine with my girlfriend at first but as soon as we start intercourse it goes down. I'm 43 and have a fairly good diet, I've asked my brother who is older than me if he has ever had ED and he said no so in thinking it might be a head thing?
