Over The Past Few Days I Can Feel My Stomach

Over the past few days I can feel my stomach or intestine move. Almost feels like something is moving inside me. Its not constant but it is slight enough I can feel it. I have had a BM. Its center of my belly, near my belly button. Its actually happening now.
