Over The Past Few Days, I've Noticed Two Small Lumps

Over the past few days, I've noticed two small lumps on right side of my neck and it's beginning to extend onto my face near my ear lobe. The area on the side of my face near ear lobe is quite tender. It's becoming rather swollen. This has come out of nowhere.
