Over The Past Few Months, I Have Noticed A Lump

Over the past few months, I have noticed a lump in the top right side of my inner labia that is slightly painful growing. It's not an std, as I have never had sex. I've looked for answers about cysts and things, but can't seem to find any that match what I have. It seems to be really far under the skin, and is right next to a huge vein. I've tried squeezing it but it won't pop or break up, there is no discharge. I could go see a gynecologist but I am a busy (and broke) college student with no Healthcare plan.
