Over The Past Several Months I Have Been Experiencing Numbness

Over the past several months I have been experiencing numbness and dryness of my upper lip. I take medications for migraine and have chronic migraines (almost daily) so I am seeing a neurologist and have no indications of any other serious neuro issues. OTC lip balms don't resolve the problem. It's very annoying. Any suggestions?
