Over The Past Week I Have Experienced A Moderate Pain

Over the past week I have experienced a moderate pain in my left lower abdomen and a change in my bowel movements.
I had a colonoscopy yesterday to rule out an internal issue.
I did have hernia surgery along with diverticulitis surgery 16 months ago. The pain is directly underneath and surrounding the scar where I had the colostomy bag.
Everything has been perfect until just recently.
