Over The Past Year I Have Had Numerous Infections In

Over the past year i have had numerous infections in the lympnodes under my arms. Each time antibiotics have cleared up the infection. I am concerned that they keep reoccurring. The doctor said it is a type of bacteria that originates from the nose. I have changed razors, deoderant and no longer re-use razors.

Are the repeated infections a sign of a bigger issue?
