Over worked knees playing basketball, three weeks ago. Knees x-rayed. X-rays revealed arthritis. Over worked knees, aggrevated arthritis. Have appointment soon. Knees inflamed. Using heat pad. Heard slight pop of right knee today. Any suggestions for me, until appointment date?
