Overnight A Soft Lump About The Size Of An Elongated

Overnight a soft lump about the size of an elongated golf ball appeared under my left rib cage. I also feel bloated and my abdomen is hard and distended. My lungs feel full although my chest x-ray was unremarkable. I have completed two rounds of ABT and steroid cut back, and feel like the symtoms are starting again. I also have pain in the lower rib cage, but that could be due to coughing. And additionally, I have pain in my right shoulder for which I have recently been referred to rehab.
