Oy Wife 65 Yrs And I 70 Got Pneumocox 23

Oy wife 65 yrs and I 70 got pneumocox 23 vaccine first dose on the 30th Sept. on the 8th of Oct. my wife has developed allergic reaction manifesting skin rash and urticaria on the fore hands, back and on the waist region. I was wondering if it could be due to the vaccine! The reaction is still persisting? What is the line of treatment? Should she avoid the booster dose?
