PAROTID GLAND Swelling Whenever My Husband Eats. He Is Working

PAROTID GLAND swelling whenever my husband eats. He is working in rural Australia and about 900km to the closest doctor. We use homoeopathy at home and have quite a few remedies. So I'm hoping there is something I can mail to him to help the problem. No fever or signs of infection yet. Just swelling whilst eating and it slowly goes away in time for the next meal.
